Summary of Reported Research
   >  This paper proposed the alternative battery charger with an Interleaving Boost Converter
   >  a power converter (dc/dc converter or dc/ac converter) and MPPT algorithm are required to                 regulate its output power.
   >  The perturbation-and-observation method requires the measurement of only a few parameters,              thus it facilitates an MPPT control
   >  The proposed charger consists of an interleaving boost converter and controller.

Strength of reported Invention
  >  New method for charging a battery by Interleaving Boost Converter
  >  Can reduce voltage stresses of active switches at turn-off transition
  >  Therefore, the conversion efficiency of the proposed charger can be increased significantly
  >  An experimental prototype for a battery charger application (540W, 54Vdc/10 A) has been built          and evaluated, achieving the efficiency of 88% under full load condition.

Weakness of Reported Invention
 >  This invention still need improvement especially  in this era, we knows that those methods            doesn't  exist based on my opinion.
 >  The percentage of efficiency have to improve due to capacity for other batteries
 >  The example for experiment have to take another specification of electricity
